The Gordon Lady Trojans, last year’s Class A runners-up, opened the 2010 golf season on Tuesday by defeating Heritage, 90-142, in a match played at the Battlefield Golf Course.

Young Harris-bound Rachel Mason was low medalist with a 38 over nine holes while Alli O’Neal added a 52. Danielle Watson fired a 54, but only two lowest scores count toward the team score.

The Lady Generals, playing their first-ever match, got a 70 from Bailey Terry.
